“I have requested Partner Van Lines to post this notice on their web site not only to brag about how efficient they were, courteous and responsible, but to let you know how I came across them. I received 6 moving companies names from a local web site, read pro’s and cons of some of them and randomly picked one and made an appointment. A relative said to check with the Better Business Bureau web page to check them out…..as soon as I read about all the complaints about the one I randomly picked…I cancelled my appointment and called Partner Van Lines who has a clear and recommended rating. If you don’t believe me, check it out for yourself. Four men in a big truck came to our door “on time”, shook our hand and introduced themselves. The “crew chief” went through every detail of the contract to explain and discuss our needs. These needs were met. We had large furniture and art that was disassembled, carefully wrapped for protection and moved to our new home. In approximately 7 hours (it was a big move) all was out of one house and into the other, assembled and place “exactly” where we requested. Our home looks like we’ve lived there all along. I have moved 26 times in my life (yipes!!) and this is not only the last move, but the smoothest and stress less. So as you may know by now, I highly recommend Partner Van Lines. P.S The 1st moving company I called, didn’t note that I had cancelled, missed their appointment date no phone call and when they did call the next day to say sorry, I knew why the Better Business Bureau had them on their warning list Thank you Hadas, Kobi and you hard working movers at Partner Van Lines…..it was great!!”
