Our Satisfaction Guaranteed Program entails:
1. Your quote will be Overseen by a Certified Moving Consultant - We will
guarantee the quality of your estimate.
As
Certified Moving Consultants we are obligated to observe the Code of Ethics
and Professional Standards. We will include in your quote everything
that was discussed in person, over the phone, on emails or via fax that will affect
the final cost of your relocation.
2. Certified movers - We will guarantee
the quality of your movers.
We bring to your home uniform, high-quality service through experienced, trustworthy
moving crews and drivers. Parter Van Lines is a fully bonded and licensed moving
company. We are also certified by AMSA; only
100 companies in the U.S.hold this certification.
3. On Time Services: We will guarantee
arrival and delivery time.
Partner Moving has a team (the dispatch department) dedicated to coordinate the
logistics of our operation to guarantee that our crew will arrive to your home or
office within the promised window.
4. Moving equipment: We will guarantee the quality of our equipment.
Partner Moving uses only the best quality packing materials and moving equipment.
The moving boxes, doilies, hand trucks, straps, mattress covers, carpet protection,
moving tape, special crates, etc. that we use to protect your belongings are guaranteed
to be the best quality in the market.
5. New moving trucks: We will guarantee the quality of our trucks.
Our fleet is conformed by 24FT – 26FT trucks and 48FT- 53FTtrailers, years 2000
and beyond.
On busy times or when our trucks need maintenance we use only brand new rental trucks.

24/7.

7. Secure Storage Facility: We will guarantee the safety of our Storage
Facility
Prior to storing, when we pick up your belongings, each piece will be wrapped, protected,
inventoried and assigned a tracking number to ensure their arrival and safety. Through
out storage time, everything will remain wrapped and protected until final delivery.
