Partner Van Lines may, among other things: (1) increase or decrease the number of points received for the move or required for a reward; (2) withdraw, limit, modify, or cancel any reward; (3) restrict the continued availability of rewards; (4) change program benefits by Partner Van Lines, conditions of participation, rules for earning, redeeming, retaining, or forfeiting points or rules governing the use of rewards; (5) change or cancel its rewards. The accumulation of points does not entitle members to any vested rights with respect to points, rewards, or program benefits. In accumulating points, members may not rely upon the continued availability of any reward or reward level.
b. In the event of a claim/complaint, or pending payment balance for services performed, Partner Van Lines, reserves the right to cancel the rewards.
c. The rewards will be shipped to the customer within 30 days from the day the written request for the reward is received bye Partner Van Lines.
d. Additionally, Partner Van Lines has the right to end the Rewards program without notice, anytime. In that event, the right to earn points and redeem for rewards may end on the day of termination.
e. The reward points are counted for the amount paid to Partner Van Lines.
f. The rewards cannot be redeemed for cash value.
g. The amount paid to purchase insurance liability, extended insurance, Auto-transport and shuttle fees, do not count towards the reward points.
