Cancellation Policy: 1. Rescheduling: Three days in advance notice from the moving date, is required. 2. Cancellation: Customers are able to cancel our services up to 10 days prior to the scheduled moving date. A. If the cancellation is in 10 days prior, the full refund transaction will be completed within 10 business days. B. All credit card refunds will have a chargeback fee of 3% from the total payment. C. If the cancellation is within 10 days from the day of the move, there will be a cancellation fee of $75.
