Commercial Relocation Policy and Procedure Compliance
Partner Van Lines will help
control your relocation costs through total adherence to your relocation policy.
Our Partner team leader will create a customized policy brochure and a sub-set of
instructions to be distributed to all service providers to ensure that they fully
understand their responsibilities. Partner Moving will proactively seek out lower
cost service options where possible; without compromising service quality. Your
Partner specialist will communicate and reinforce policy limitations to all transferees
and service providers. Unless approval has been obtained in advance for any exceptions
to policy, Partner Moving will assume full responsibility for any unauthorized charges.
Commercial Moving and Corporate Relocation Quality Assurance
Partner Moving Service operates all over the world. As such we are in a position
to independently monitor the performance of all moving services to guarantee that
customer expectations have been met or exceeded at all times. Partner Moving staff
takes full responsibility to ensure that our workers understand and adhere to our
pre-established service standards. In addition, Partner Moving Service works with
transferee to ensure that they have an appropriate understanding of the moving process
so that they may form reasonable service expectations.
Commercial Moving Communication Channels
Partner Moving Service takes full responsibility through a single source contact
for constant communication with the transferee at key stages throughout the move.
This individual will be available at all times through a toll free phone number,
e-mail or fax number. The assigned Partner Moving Specialist will conduct a pre-move
needs analysis and policy discussion with the transferee and will communicate that
information to the appropriate service providers. As the primary liaison between
the family and the service providers, the Partner Moving Specialist will carefully
monitor each phase of the move to ensure that the highest standards of service are
being maintained. Extra emphasis will be placed on the level of communication and
service at the destination end of the move. Any problems or areas of concern will
be communicated to the employer corporation in a timely manner.
Pre-Move Information Package
As part of their move management communication responsibilities, the assigned Partner
specialist will provide the transferee with a comprehensive pre-move package. All
pertinent subjects will be covered in this material. Included in the package is
a confirmation letter detailing dates and times of service; a copy of the employer’s
relocation policy as it relates to the physical move; a Customer Rights and Responsibilities
booklet which outlines the "who, what, where, when and why" of moving; customized
destination city information including specific information requested by the transferee
during the initial Partner Moving contact; a 30 day Move Planner.
